With an analytical DNA, Bertrand joined AMI in 2003 after completing a Master's in Business Management (HEC) and a MAS in Economics and Finance in Geneva. After an in-service IEI diploma, he built a solid real estate background and assists his clients with the valuation, analysis, and complex cases resolution, as well as the management of their real estate assets. FINMA-accredited CEI expert member, Bertrand taught real estate expertise at SVIT School and contributed to numerous seminars, publications, and articles (Bilan, Le Temps, l'Agefi). In 2024, he successfully completed an MBO with his colleague of 11 years, Raphaël, partnering with him to take over the reins of AMI. Bertrand is also active in several associations and volunteer missions for causes close to his heart. A sports enthusiast, particularly of grenat, and a fine mechanics enthusiast, he cultivates a spirit of curiosity and precision that he applies equally to his professional and personal life. A scientist at heart, Bertrand believes that imagination and inventiveness, combined with rigorous analysis, can solve all challenges. He looks forward every day to addressing those of his clients!

With a degree in business economics and a Federal Diploma in Real Estate Management, Raphaël is also an expert member of the Swiss Chamber of Real Estate Appraisers (CEI). An experienced sailor, passionate about football and extreme diving, Raphaël is an epicurean with a keen interest in the world. Father of two children, he is involved in several non-profit organizations and enthusiastically cherishes precious moments with family and friends.

As a Real Estate Analyst at AMI, Thomas Brendle assists private and institutional clients with their real estate projects. Specializing in valuation, enhancement, and strategic advice, he combines financial expertise with a deep understanding of the market. Holding a Master in Finance (MScF) from HEC Lausanne, he leverages his analyses to provide precise solutions tailored to investors' needs.

Co-founder of AMI International. Author of four books on real estate finance, one of which, co-authored with François Micheli, has been reissued four times. Columnist since 1997 for several Swiss financial media outlets, lecturer, holder of an Ms (hon.) Diploma in International Relations (HEI) and an Ms HEC. With 37 years of experience in real estate, covering valuation, project management, arbitrations, debt syndications, portfolio structuring, and asset management, he is also a founding member of SVIT Romandie. Throughout his career, he has served on approximately twenty company and foundation boards.

He holds a law degree and is a graduate of IEI. A former judge at the Geneva Rent and Lease Tribunal, he has authored articles and reference works in the real estate sector. Co-founder of AMI International, he is also a member of the Chambre suisse d'experts en estimations immobilières (CEI) and has been active in property management and consultancy for over thirty years.

Active in analysis, valuation, and consulting, he relies on solid financial skills and in-depth market knowledge. A graduate of a Master in Finance (MScF) from HEC Lausanne, he provides precise recommendations aligned with investment objectives.
